QA Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead quality assurance initiatives across complex enterprise projects. This role requires strong onsite leadership, hands-on QA governance, and the ability to manage teams, processes, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA projects across the full SDLC in an onsite environment.
• Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics.
• Manage QA teams, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with development, product, and business stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with QA governance, standards, and best practices.
• Provide regular status reporting and executive-level communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in QA, Test Management, and Project Management.
• Strong experience managing large-scale QA programs and enterprise applications.
• Expertise in QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience with test planning, execution, automation strategy, and performance testing oversight.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail, Selenium, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage onsite QA teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
