Regulatory Modernization initiative, with heavy emphasis on regulatory reporting, documentation, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full project lifecycle for a top-priority regulatory program under executive scrutiny
- Drive task execution, follow-ups, and accountability to keep deliverables on schedule
- Coordinate across business and technology teams, bridging gaps where needed
- Oversee extensive project documentation aligned to KeyBank standards and guidelines
- Support regulatory reporting initiatives (e.g., Call Reports, FR Y-9C, 2052A)
- Help transition work toward cloud/data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) as part of modernization
Required Background- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience
- Strong regulatory reporting experience (critical requirement). 3 years of experience in this category minimum.
- Experience in financial services or banking strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing high-scrutiny, high-urgency projects
- PM certification is a nice to have, not required
Additional Notes- This is an urgent need with flexibility on bill rate
- Contract-to-hire is possible but not required
- Success is measured by delivery and execution, not certifications
