Seeking an enterprise-level Salesforce Business Analyst with deep, hands-on functional expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS)—specifically focusing on field technician scheduling, dispatching, and automated routing. The ideal candidate will act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical development squads, translating complex field workforce management (WFM/FSM) processes into Salesforce requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. This role requires extensive experience configuring and optimizing scheduling policies, service territories, skills-based assignments, and resource availability models within Salesforce Field Service.

#Key Responsibilities
* Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Functional Leadership: Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design across all core SFS modules, with heavy emphasis on scheduling and routing.
* Scheduling & Dispatch Optimization: Configure and optimize field technician resource scheduling, dispatch consoles, service appointments, skills-based assignment rules, and geographic travel/routing considerations.
* Policies & Constraints Management: Define and manage complex scheduling policies, service territories, operational constraints, and automated dispatch optimization rules.
* Requirements & Artifact Authoring: Translate intricate field operations processes into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and rigorous acceptance criteria.
* Testing & Migration Governance: Drive SIT, UAT, stakeholder workshops, and upstream/downstream integration validation supporting WFM/FSM migration to Salesforce Field Service.

#Required Qualifications
* Core Experience: 6+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
* Specialized SFS Expertise: Deep, hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (SFS), with proven mastery in scheduling, dispatching, and geographic routing.
* Scheduling Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with service appointments, skills-based routing, resource availability models, service territories, and schedule optimization engines (PSO).
* Migration & Integration Background: Prior experience supporting WFM-to-Salesforce or FSM transformation projects and understanding upstream/downstream integrations.
* Work Setup & Location: 100% Onsite commitment in St. Louis, MO (Day 1 Onsite mandatory).
