Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analyst to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Support change management planning and execution for the SAP S/4HANA transformation, coordinating activities to prepare business teams for changes to systems, processes, and ways of working.
Assess the impact of technology and process changes on finance stakeholders, including corporate accounting, revenue accounting, and treasury teams, and support the development of appropriate change strategies.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of new processes and system capabilities.
Collaborate with project managers, business process owners, finance teams, and technology stakeholders to track change activities, address adoption risks, and support implementation readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience in organizational change management, SAP transformation initiatives, and finance-related business process change, preferably involving Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), corporate accounting, revenue accounting, or treasury.
Technical Skills:
SAP S/4HANA, Change Management, Organizational Change Management, SAP Transformation, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Change Readiness, Training Coordination, Communications Planning
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting SAP transformation initiatives involving enterprise finance operations, business process changes, and organizational adoption.
Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including the business activities connecting customer transactions, billing, revenue recognition, and financial settlement.
Experience working with corporate accounting, revenue accounting, treasury, and other finance stakeholders during enterprise system and process transformations.
Experience assessing business impacts, coordinating stakeholder readiness, and supporting the adoption of revised finance workflows, controls, and operational procedures.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting organizational change management for SAP S/4HANA implementations or enterprise resource planning transformations.
