Comfort operating in complex, multi-vendor environments
Experience supporting international payroll implementations
Spain, Portugal, and Argentina experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work effectively with Europe and LATAM stakeholders
Strong communication skills, while remaining technically focused
Position Summary
We are seeking a Sr. SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to own end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Global Payroll systems (Argentina, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain), and multiple third-party platforms.
This role supports the global HR and payroll operations by ensuring accurate, secure, and timely data flow across systems. The analyst will work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to design, test, deploy, and support integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Ownership & Delivery
Own and deliver integrations for SAP SuccessFactors EC, Global Payroll, Time Management, and third-party systems.
Support both standard (pre-packaged) and custom integration interfaces.
Manage the full integration lifecycle: requirements, design, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and support.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with third-party vendors to define data requirements, timelines, SLAs, and error-handling processes.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and SuccessFactors module leads to align integration solutions with business needs.
Technical & Functional Design
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Create and maintain Functional Design Documents, integration specs, flow diagrams, and error logs.
Perform data mapping, transformations, and validations.
Testing & Support
Lead and/or support unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing.
Troubleshoot integration issues and drive defect resolution.
Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Continuous Improvement
Identify system enhancements and process optimizations.
Willingness to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and complete required training.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Core Requirements
15+ Years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with a strong focus on Global Payroll integrations.
Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, payroll replication, and integration best practices.
Experience delivering integrations on time and within defined deadlines.
