Title: Senior Project Manager IT
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid – Less than 60%)

Job Description:
Daily Tasks Performed
1. Project Management for Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems Following client's SDLC methodology (Agile & Waterfall) and deliverables
2. Manage project plan, staff tasks and progress & report status
3. Track dependencies and manage risk and issues
4. Project Communication to business and IT stakeholders
5. Review, refine, and validate complex business requirements and combine into a clear and prioritized backlog.
6. Review Technical Design with Solution Architects and Tech leads
7. Ensure Quality working with QA team, test planning and execution. Co-ordinate, schedule and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders & distribute meeting minutes
8. Create presentation & communication material relevant to a variety of stake holders including business
9. Manage Release and post launch activities end to end. Supporting Production Systems as needed
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS’.
1. Sr Project Manager with Customer facing website, platform digital focus - Commerce, Sales, Website, platform, PAAS, SAS and Salesforce experience
2. Clear communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders
3. Ability to collaborate well with a diverse set of team members (team player)
4. Strong Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile Delivery models
5. Technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects
6. Ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight
7. Ability to perform the role of scrum-master
Preferred:
1. Automotive industry background, familiarity with e commerce and digital
2. Experience delivering consumer facing websites, digital platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions, or integrations
3. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts, user stories, test cases etc.
4. Ready to document Product Requirement
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem/family of Products
