Summary

Qualifications:

PIM / Product Skills:

Strong experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms.
Hands-on experience with at least one or more enterprise PIM platform; Akeneo, Syndigo, or Salsify preferred.
Strong understanding of PIM concepts including product data modelling, taxonomy, attributes, enrichment, workflows, validation, governance, and syndication.
Good understanding of omnichannel product information and digital commerce processes.
Experience defining and managing PIM product roadmaps and feature backlogs.

Business and Stakeholder Skills:

Strong experience working with Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, and product/business stakeholders.
Excellent ability to translate business requirements into PIM solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive decisions across multiple stakeholder groups.

Experience:

Prior experience delivering or managing PIM implementations and enhancements.
Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Data, Development, QA, and business teams.
Experience with multiple PIM platforms is a plus.
Experience with PXM, eCommerce, ERP, DAM, or other product-data-related systems is a plus.
