Location- Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an SAP BI Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using SAP tools. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, build reports and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP BI solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using SAP BI/BW tools.

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various SAP and non-SAP sources.

• Work with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects (BO) for reporting and analytics.

• Optimize queries and reports for performance and scalability.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

• Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain) to understand reporting needs.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for BI-related issues.

• Maintain documentation for BI solutions and data models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in SAP BI/BW or related analytics roles.

• Hands-on experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

• Experience in creating reports using tools like Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, or Lumira.

• Understanding of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BI/BW or SAP HANA certification.

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Knowledge of advanced analytics or data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with ABAP for debugging or enhancements.
