Position: Business Analyst

Location: Local to Austin TX, hybrid

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering across multiple workstreams, partnering with business and IT stakeholders
Drive and document current-state and future-state business process mapping
Translate complex stakeholder input into clear, structured documentation and actionable insights
Develop “good / better / best” solution scenarios to support decision-making and prioritization
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment across initiatives and dependencies
Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into cohesive, decision-ready deliverables
Support discovery workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder interviews
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned to program objectives and timelines

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise IT environments
Strong experience in requirements elicitation and business process modeling
Experience supporting ERP initiatives (SAP or similar preferred)
Proven ability to operate in discovery / strategy phases of large programs
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business needs into structured outputs
Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal oversight
Experience in retail and/or eCommerce environments

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with platforms such as SAP and Salesforce
Exposure to digital transformation, modernization, or enterprise architecture initiatives
Experience supporting data strategy, governance, or AI readiness efforts
