Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project management teams within a Digital PMO environment. This role focuses on coordinating resources, managing project documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have exposure to IT infrastructure and network-related projects, particularly within data center and communication tower environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
• Coordinate project resources, equipment, and information flow
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and issues
• Prepare presentations and reporting materials for meetings
• Track project timelines and assess deadlines
• Evaluate project changes and identify potential impacts
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and maintained according to standards
• Identify risks and issues, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Facilitate meetings and distribute updates to project teams
• Support multiple Project Managers across ongoing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management environment
• Experience using ServiceNow for task management and workflow assignment
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and network terminology
• Experience supporting network or communication tower-related projects is a plus
• Knowledge of purchase order creation and tracking preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
