RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's Innovative Hi-Tech Client is looking for an Electrical Construction Project Manager to join their Fremont, California (CA) Team. This role is 100% onsite, needing 50+ hours a week worked Monday - Friday. This is a 3 month + Contract/Contract to hire opportunity.
Day to Day:
* Supporting field team to ensure they have all info to have materials, tools, etc. onsite to meet a project schedule
* Involved with budget management, material tracking, ordering, RFIs
* Everything that the field does, PM needs to make sure coordination and documentation is strong
* Set field up for success from meetings, admin, material ordering, tracking, and coordination
* Read electrical drawings and identify scope on them
* Bonus point for navigating a BIM model - Revit, Navisworks
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree - preferred but not required
* Bluebeam
* Excel management of data
* Tracking data
* Primarily will be low voltage; Some med voltage maybe; 0-600v is majority of it
* Must have strong Electrical knowledge
* NEC knowledge
* Experience with facilities preferred
* Open to utilities experience
* No residential
* Data center can be useful
* Will consider mixed use but this is the lowest option
* Background: Industrial/manufacturing highly preferred; Commercial is ok
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
