ROLE: PROGRAM MANAGER – CLOUD MIGRATION

Role Overview
· We are looking for a senior Program Manager to support an enterprise-scale cloud migration program in the Healthcare domain. The program is client-driven end to end, and this role acts as a strategic execution partner, ensuring alignment, structure, governance, and delivery effectiveness for an assigned delivery team.
· The Program Manager will not own the overall program, but will play a critical role in:
· To Lead and coordinate 10+ member delivery team
· Align execution with client’s program plan
· Provide program tracking, governance, and active communication
· Support internal leadership with visibility into the program progress and future opportunities
· A strong technical background earlier in the career is a plus, though hands-on technical execution is not required.
Key Responsibilities
· Program Coordination & Execution Support
· Work closely with the client’s program leadership, who drive end‑to‑end execution.
· Clearly understand program goals, scope, timelines, and expectations defined by the client.
· Translate client execution plans into actionable tasks and milestones for the delivery team.
· Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
· Proactively identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and escalate as needed.
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
· Lead and manage a delivery team of 10+ members.
· Conduct daily stand‑up meetings to review progress, identify blockers, and drive resolutions.
· Ensure team members have clarity on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
· Create a high-performing execution environment through strong leadership and coordination.
Program Tracking, Governance & Reporting
· Track program progress, dependencies, milestones, and risks through structured tracking mechanisms.
· Partner closely with an Offshore Program Manager for:
· Governance alignment
· Internal tracking
· Status consolidation
· Conduct weekly status calls with the client to provide:
· Progress updates
· Risk and mitigation status
· Dependency tracking
· Delivery highlights and concerns
· Ensure all reporting aligns with the client’s governance and communication standards.
Internal Leadership Communication & Strategic Alignment
· Provide regular updates to internal leadership on:
o Program progress
o Client expectations
o Risks and constraints
o Delivery posture
o Act as a bridge between client execution and internal leadership teams.
· Proactively identify areas of additional support that could benefit client, based on:
o Current program activities
o Emerging challenges
o Future roadmap and planned initiatives
o Clearly articulate potential future engagement or support opportunities and ensure leadership is aligned and informed.
o Maintain strong internal communication to ensure readiness for future phases or expansions of work.
Healthcare & Compliance Awareness
· Operate within regulated healthcare environments and with awareness of:
· PHI handling
· Data privacy requirements
· Healthcare compliance expectations (e.g., HIPAA)
· Ensure delivery activities align with healthcare governance and compliance norms defined by the client.
Required Qualifications
· 17–19 years of overall experience, with extensive experience in Program Management.
· Mandatory: Experience in leading enterprise-level cloud migration programs.
· Mandatory: Strong Healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, or healthcare analytics).
· Proven experience operating within a client-led execution model.
· Experience coordinating delivery across distributed and offshore teams.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
· Proven ability to manage complexity without owning full program accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior technical background (engineering, architecture, data, or infrastructure).
· Experience with large-scale data platform or cloud modernization initiatives.
· Experience working in hybrid or remote delivery models with US-based clients.
· Program management certifications such as PMP or PgMP (optional).
