Product Manager

Location: Orlando, Florida (hybrid)

Role Overview

This role is for an execution-focused Product Manager responsible for translating the Revenue Marketing roadmap into deliverable solutions. This position involves managing the day-to-day delivery, requirements, and backlog for assigned Revenue Marketing initiatives. The role partners with strategy leaders and stakeholders to convert direction into prioritized backlogs and shipped increments that provide measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Product Manager, Marketing Technology Strategy and stakeholders to shape and maintain a milestone-driven roadmap.
  • Translate roadmap outcomes into detailed product requirements and executable delivery plans.
  • Create and maintain product, feature, and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Own day-to-day execution and end-to-end delivery for assigned Revenue Marketing initiatives.
  • Own and prioritize team backlogs, maintain sprint-ready work, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Work with Architecture, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Marketing teams to define releases and coordinate delivery.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, document decisions, and manage scope changes.
  • Identify, track, and help resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
  • Provide updates on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate release-readiness activities across business and technology teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing, defect triage, and production validation.
  • Measure delivered outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback for improvements.


Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with data platforms, Marketing Technology (MarTech) or enterprise digital products. Experience in complex, cross-functional environments spanning Marketing and Data is required. Demonstrated ability to partner with a strategy leader to shape a roadmap and independently translate it into delivery is necessary.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and strong Marketing Technology (MarTech) experience are required. Experience designing and building a customer data platform and working with Cloud Platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure, is also required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using or designing solutions with applications such as Twilio Segment and Databricks are highly preferred
  • Experience with Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar product delivery tools.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification or training.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certifications.
  • Experience managing multiple products or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
  • A strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
