About the Team
This role sits within a high-growth Startups & Growth organization supporting early-stage companies through a structured enablement program.
The team’s mission is to:
- Source and nurture startup applications
- Onboard founders into a 6-month supported program
- Monitor product usage and engagement
- Convert startups into long-term paying customers
The company’s customer experience software platform serves as the central pillar of the program.
Role Overview
This is a newly created Operations Analyst role designed to strengthen operational visibility, analytics, and executive reporting across the startups program.
You will partner directly with the Head of Growth & Operations and be responsible for transforming fragmented data into clear, leadership-ready insights that demonstrate program performance and business impact.
This role plays a key part in enabling Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and shaping strategic decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Program Analytics & Reporting
- Pull and integrate data across Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Build and maintain dashboards covering:
- Startup applications
- Activations and onboarding
- Product usage and engagement
- Conversion outcomes
- Deliver insights supporting:
- Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Translate analytics into executive-ready narratives and recommendations
Partnership & Portfolio Analytics
- Analyze partnerships with:
- Venture Capital firms
- Accelerators
- Incubators
- Measure:
- Platform penetration across VC portfolios
- Adoption vs. competitors
- Utilize ecosystem intelligence tools such as Crunchbase and Harmonic
- Identify whitespace opportunities and conversion targets
Required Technical Expertise (Deal Breakers)
Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce (advanced proficiency)
- Snowflake (strong working experience)
- Tableau (dashboard development & visualization)
Key expectation:
Ability to connect Salesforce and Snowflake datasets into Tableau dashboards with minimal ramp-up time.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Crunchbase or Harmonic
- Exposure to startup ecosystems or accelerator programs
- SaaS or AI company background
- Experience supporting Growth, GTM, or Revenue teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years in analytics, BI, or operations roles
- Comfortable working across multiple data sources
- Strong business acumen — not purely technical
- Able to translate data into actionable insights
- Confident presenting to leadership audiences
- Skilled in operational storytelling through data
Contract Details

- Limited travel (~2 domestic trips)
