Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished operations professional to drive the strategic and operational growth of a rapidly expanding experiences platform. Our team delivers data-driven programs and business insight to support high-performing supply, partner, and sales teams in achieving organizational success and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance growth and retention of hosts, implementing scalable and efficient initiatives tailored to local market needs.
- Engage with global and regional stakeholders across analytics, marketing, systems, legal, and management functions to ensure program alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights, diagnosing opportunities and trends at both global and local levels to inform leadership decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and improve processes, automate operational workflows, and launch scalable initiatives supporting business growth.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketplace, growth, supply operations, or consulting within performance marketing, partnerships, or sales execution environments.
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrating proficiency in Sheets/Excel and business intelligence tools such as Tableau; experience with SQL is preferred.
- Background in SMB/B2B sales cycles and familiarity with sales tools, including Salesforce and Gong.
- Exceptional project management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills, with a proven ability to design and evolve business and financial models.
