Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to support COTS applications, enterprise systems, and infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments. The role will focus on system administration, application configuration, requirements analysis, solution evaluation, security, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and support applications and system components across Windows and Linux environments.
Provide ongoing administration and configuration support for COTS and SaaS applications.
Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
Research solutions, evaluate options, and provide recommendations for application enhancements and new initiatives.
Troubleshoot application, server, network, and infrastructure issues.
Support system monitoring, vulnerability remediation, security controls, and compliance with applicable standards.
Collaborate with vendors, customers, and technical teams to implement projects and changes.
Develop and maintain architecture and infrastructure diagrams.
Support cloud infrastructure, application configuration, and containerized environments.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years of experience with:

Windows Server administration 2016+
RHEL 7+ / Linux administration
Application and system installation/configuration
Requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and solution recommendations
Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud infrastructure
Tomcat and IIS
MS SQL Management Studio
Dynatrace or similar monitoring/debugging tools
XML and PowerShell
Azure DevOps and Visio
SSO technologies: SAML, OAuth, OpenID
LAN/WAN networking, firewalls, infrastructure architecture, and IoT
Application/server support, monitoring, troubleshooting, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure diagramming

3-5+ years of experience with:

Implementing and configuring applications within Azure Cloud
Azure services and cloud infrastructure
Containerization
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
