Role: SPO & FnA Developer
Location: Montvale, NJ Onsite
Duration: 6 Months
Minimum 5 years of recent experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Finance and Accounting Operations (FAO) and/or Procurement Service Management is required. Expertise with Third Party Risk Management and Third Party Compliance processes preferred.
Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Preferred Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Certified Master Architect (CMA), or platform micro-certifications.

Responsibilities
Design| develop| and deploy ServiceNow applications and platform solutions using JavaScript and the Now Platform (Flow Designer| IntegrationHub)
Configure scoped applications and core platform features using best-practice patterns| security controls| and governance standards
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using RESTSOAP APIs| MID Server| and Integration Hub spokes ensure secure| reliable data exchange
Create and maintain technical documentation (solution designs| build notes| update sets| integration specifications| deploymentrunbooks)
Maintain code quality through peer reviews| automated testing where applicable| and adherence to ServiceNow SDLC and releasedeployment practices
Develop automation and orchestration (flowsworkflows| business rules| script includes| UI policies| catalog items) to improve operational efficiency and user experience
Translate technical designs and business requirements into well-developed solutions that meet project standards.
Design| develop| and configure applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform| with a focus on Source-to-Pay| Procurement| and Finance Accounting modules.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party financial and procurement systems.
Support platform upgrades and contribute to maintaining development standard consistency.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is required| including HR Case Management| Lifecycle Events| and self service employee experiences| with additional experience across two or more ServiceNow modules such as WSD| ITOM| or CSM.
Required Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional required additional ServiceNow certifications preferred| e.g. ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)| or platform micro-certifications
3 years of recent| hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development experience delivering platform solutions that solve business problems and create measurable impact
Strong proficiency with ServiceNow scripting and development JavaScript| Business Rules| Script Includes| Client Scripts| UI Policies| ACLs| and data model design
Experience building integrations using RESTSOAP| Integration Hub| and MID Server| including common patterns (authentication| error handling| retries| logging)
Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and app patterns (Flow Designer| Service Catalog| reportingdash boards| performance considerations CMDB Asset concepts as applicable)
Minimum three years of experience in ServiceNow development| including hands-on configuration and advanced capabilities (e.g.| Workflows| Flow Designer| App Engine).
Required Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
