Job Description

Title: Physician Consultant AI Product Development & Testing

Location: Remote

Weekly: 10-15hrs

Total Headcount is close to 50+ roles.

Overview:
We are seeking US-based licensed physicians and advanced practice providers to support product development and testing for a leading healthcare AI team.

In this role, you will provide detailed, clinically informed feedback to help enhance AI-driven clinical tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in testing of AI tools within simulated or real clinical workflows
Review and evaluate generated clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
Provide structured, actionable feedback on performance, usability, and clinical value
Identify errors, gaps, and potential clinical risks in outputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product refinement

Qualifications:

MD, Fellow, NP, or PA with relevant clinical experience
Active clinical practice
Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and workflows
Experience with EHR systems; familiarity with ambient AI tools is a plus
Demonstrated interest in healthcare technology and motivation to improve AI-driven medical tools
Ability to provide clear, detailed written feedback

Additional Details:

Flexible, project-based engagement (10-15 hours a week)
Remote participation
