Marketing Strategy Manager / Marketing Analytics / Market Analysis

You’ll transform complex data and market signals into actionable marketing strategies that drive enterprise growth across Business Markets, Enterprise, and Public Sector segments.
This is a high-impact, analytics-focused role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize fragmented market signals, technological trends, and KPIs into a unified marketing strategy for executive leadership.
- Aggregate and analyze data from internal sales funnels, external market reports, and customer feedback to inform 12-month marketing roadmaps.
- Deliver compelling, executive-level presentations that distill complex performance data into clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct advanced portfolio gap analysis to identify opportunities for margin protection and enhance “Worth the Price” perception.
- Partner cross-functionally to gather and disseminate essential data, ensuring cohesive strategic direction across product portfolios.
- Perform deep-dive competitive intelligence, translating findings into specific “Move/Counter-move” recommendations for VBG leadership.
Required
- Demonstrated ability to convert complex, multi-source information into clear, actionable growth strategies.
- Minimum 6 years in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, or management consulting within the B2B sector.
- Proven expertise in executive storytelling—building data-driven, narrative-rich presentations using Google Slides.
- Experience managing or analyzing complex B2B product portfolios (e.g., Telecommunications, SaaS).
- High-level proficiency in Google Sheets for financial modeling, market sizing, and trend analysis.
- Strong track record of proactively identifying market shifts and recommending strategic responses.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs (such as Gemini, ChatGPT) for rapid synthesis of large competitive and market datasets.
