To support this growth, we''re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to help manage and streamline delivery across various initiatives. You’ll play a key role in bringing structure, clarity, and strategy to a dynamic and evolving technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple technology initiatives across the organization.

• Establish practical project governance practices, delivery standards, and reporting mechanisms within a rapidly evolving environment.

• Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.

• Develop and deliver recurring portfolio and project status updates for senior management and executive audiences.

• Coordinate project activities related to infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, SaaS implementations, and operational transformation efforts.

• Promote effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing practices through platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.

• Support project tool administration activities, including workflow coordination, user access management, reporting, and integration oversight.

• Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, including planning, execution tracking, issue management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Proactively identify delivery risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and potential obstacles, driving resolution and mitigation strategies.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery effectiveness and team productivity.

Must-Haves

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology-focused projects in complex business environments.

• Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies and the ability to apply each appropriately.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.

• Experience serving as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager within technology organizations.

• Strong understanding of sprint planning, backlog management, team facilitation, and Agile delivery practices.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, including workflow management, reporting, dashboard creation, and user administration.

• Experience utilizing collaboration and documentation platforms to support project delivery and team communication.

• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting information to executive stakeholders.

• Ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams and drive alignment toward common objectives.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, or migration initiatives.

• Exposure to DevOps practices, continuous delivery models, or software delivery lifecycle improvements.

• Familiarity with Jira Data Center environments, advanced Jira administration, JQL, permissions management, and system integrations.

• Experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.

• Knowledge of process optimization, organizational change management, or operational excellence frameworks.

• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and User Acceptance Testing support.

• Experience working with low-code or no-code technology platforms.

• Experience operating within SaaS-based technology ecosystems and cloud-first environments.

• Additional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or related project management credentials.
