Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with strong Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation experience to lead Agile delivery for enterprise CPQ initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum methodologies, Agile delivery, Oracle Cloud CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies across Oracle CPQ, CRM, and ERP platforms, and ensuring successful end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for Oracle Cloud CPQ Agile teams and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
Drive Agile delivery across Oracle CPQ modules including Product Configuration, Pricing, Approvals, Commerce, and Quote Documents.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog, user stories, sprint planning, and release planning.
Coordinate dependencies across Oracle CPQ, CRM, Oracle ERP Cloud, and middleware integration teams.
Track Agile metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, defect trends, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate project status, risks, impediments, and delivery progress with business stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

8–10 years of experience with Oracle Cloud CPQ
Strong experience as an Agile Scrum Master using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
Hands-on experience with end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations
Experience with Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes
Expertise in Jira or Azure DevOps for Agile delivery management
Knowledge of Oracle CPQ configuration, pricing, approvals, and integrations
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
