Job Title: SAP FPSL Consultant / SAP FPSL Lead in  Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FPSL Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, FPSL (Financial Products Subledger), and IFRS 17 implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end SAP FPSL solutions for insurance clients, including configuration, integration, financial modeling, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP FPSL implementations and enhancements.
• Design, configure, and develop SAP FPSL insurance solutions for finance and accounting processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP FPSL solutions.
• Configure and support FPSL processes including:
• Register
• Accrue
• Capture (Central GAAP and Delta GAAP)
• Unwind and Release
• Value Time Component (TC)
• Recognize Profit
• Allocate Secondary Costs
• Move & Transform
• Value FX
• Classify and Disclosure
• Split Revenue
• Carry Forward
• Implement IFRS 17 solutions using SAP S/4HANA FPSL.
• Support integration between SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FPSL.
• Work on SAP Fiori applications and innovations in S/4HANA.
• Handle data integration, data migration, data imports, and enrichment activities.
• Develop and extend financial and business models using allocation and calculation functions.
• Perform profitability analysis, what-if analysis, simulations, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for successful project delivery.
• Interface with non-SAP systems and ensure seamless data mapping and integration.
• Participate in architecture discussions involving SDL, RDL, and CVPM components.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 9+ years of SAP experience with at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP FPSL implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• SAP FPSL
• SAP S/4HANA Finance
• SAP S/4HANA FPSL
• IFRS 17
• Fiori Apps
• Expertise in insurance accounting and subledger processes.
• Experience with FPSL measurement models:
• GMM
• PAA
• VFA
• Strong understanding of FPSL architecture and components including SDL, RDL, and CVPM.
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
