As a Oracle PL/SQL Developer, you will:

Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents
• Translating requirements and come up with into technical design artifacts with right amount of data mapping and analysis, and story writing, flow diagrams, test plans, use cases and scenarios.
• Understand LOB stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
• Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests, to comply with bank standards and policies.
• Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design. develop technical design artifacts for data procedures and data workflows associated with applications.
• Build adhoc/canned reports serving Tech/LOB needs
• Assist users and development teams in application data testing to validate functional and system needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology is a must have
• Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents,
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI with SDLC knowledge
• Strong understanding Data Architecture having strong data analysis/exploration skills
• Experience with Relational Oracle SQL/PLSQL programming skills with Oracle database supporting high performance DB services
• Proficiency with SQL query tuning, partitioning, performance optimization, indexing
• Proficiency with Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Materialized Views, Sequences, DB Objects
• Proficiency with DB schema and table design, logical/physical design, normalization/denormalization
• Ability to analyze various Oracle reports like SQL trace, tkprof , tuning advisor, ADDM etc and suggest improvements
• Experience with Extract-Transform-Load ETL processes
• Experience with Source Control: BitBucket/GIT, Subversion (SVN), Perforce, or similar
• Experience with Agile development with test driven development- Experience on handling of cross functional issues by coordinating with distributed development teams across the time zones .
• Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to a constantly changing Agie environment to meet the department deliverables.
