Imaging TechnicianOn-SitePosition OverviewA Desktop Support Specialist is needed to join a technical team responsible for preparing, deploying, and supporting end-user computers. This role focuses heavily on device imaging, configuration, and deployment, with occasional troubleshooting and light scripting work. The position offers opportunities to expand into additional areas of the team based on skillset and initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Image, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop systems according to established standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and break-fix support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with light scripting tasks to support automation and workflow improvements.
- Document all work clearly and maintain accurate records of deployments and support activities.
- Provide customer-focused technical assistance to end users.
- Collaborate with a team of technicians to meet daily operational goals.
- Support additional technical tasks as needed based on project requirements.
Required Skills & Experience- Experience supporting desktop environments, including installation and configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware and software.
- Familiarity with device imaging and deployment processes.
- Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage tasks independently.
- Interest in learning new technologies and expanding responsibilities.
Preferred Skills- Experience with scripting or automation.
- Exposure to user account administration and device management workflows.
- Understanding of asset tracking and inventory processes.
Work Environment- Standard 8-hour workday.
- Start time between 7:00-8:00 AM; end time between 4:00-5:00 PM.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
