Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Product Owner to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday Recruiting module. This role will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to enhance recruiting processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure alignment with overall HCM strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Workday Recruiting module, including configuration, enhancements, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to align recruiting processes with business needs
  • Support full recruiting lifecycle including requisition management, offer management, and onboarding
  • Analyze and interpret recruiting reports and dashboards to support hiring decisions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Workday Recruiting and integrations
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
  • Configure and maintain business processes (BPF) within Workday
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards
  • Provide end-user training and support on Workday Recruiting functionalities
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend system improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Workday Recruiting module configuration and administration
  • Solid understanding of Workday HCM data structures and business processes
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting lifecycle workflows (requisitions, offers, onboarding)
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics within Workday
  • Knowledge of Workday security roles and access management
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and support integrations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Certification (Recruiting and/or HCM)
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio) and data migration
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruiting technologies
