Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary customer interface, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing project plans, schedules, and deliverables while leveraging AI tools and data analysis to provide insights and ensure contract compliance. The position is remote and requires a strong background in project management, communication, and data analysis.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary customer interface by facilitating team meetings, tracking and managing action items, and distributing regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Build strong communication channels with clients and internal departments, including Planning & Partnerships, Submarket - RE Specialist, External Vendors, and the Central Legal Team (CLT).
- Provide custom reporting, monthly dashboards, schedule integration, and metrics/SPI management.
- Develop project plans that include resource, time, and budget estimates for all project phases and milestones for internal and external parties.
- Maintain project schedules and calendars with input from transition leads.
- Facilitate team meetings, provide meeting minutes, and track action items as needed.
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in contract compliance, including the ability to use AI to evaluate adherence to contract templates and identify deviations.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiations, acting as a liaison between vendors, legal teams, and other stakeholders to secure contract amendments.
- 3-5 years of experience in communication skills, including running vendor meetings, managing trackers, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, producing reports, and providing leadership with insights into program status, key metrics, issues, and risks.
- Proficiency in Google Apps (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Meets, Drive, Slides, etc.).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Workbook LM) to create reports, presentations, and compare documents.
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Pay Range: $55hr - $55hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
