Overview

We are seeking a highly technical Delivery Lead to oversee the execution of a large-scale ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modernization program within the financial services industry.

This is not a traditional Project Manager role. The ideal candidate understands the ServiceNow platform at a technical level, can effectively lead engineering teams, manage multiple workstreams, and proactively identify delivery risks while driving execution against a fixed implementation timeline.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution across multiple ServiceNow implementation workstreams
  • Coordinate technical teams consisting of CMDB and ITAM engineers
  • Manage project plans, task sequencing, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Facilitate daily standups and delivery cadence
  • Track milestones and readiness for production deployment
  • Escalate technical and delivery risks early with mitigation plans
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Coordinate data migration and post-cutover activities
  • Ensure successful delivery within aggressive project timelines

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
  • Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong understanding of:
    • CMDB
    • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
    • Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)
    • Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)
  • Experience managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSA certification
  • CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, or CIS-ITOM certifications
  • Experience implementing CSDM
  • Prior experience with enterprise ITAM modernization initiatives
