Overview

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineers to build a greenfield Configuration Management Database (CMDB) supporting a large-scale enterprise IT Asset Management modernization initiative.

The CMDB will serve as the authoritative system of record for infrastructure, cloud, software, and asset data while supporting ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a greenfield ServiceNow CMDB
• Configure CI classes, relationships, and data models using CSDM
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery
• Configure MID Servers, probes, and sensors
• Build Service Graph Connectors and third-party integrations
• Configure Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• Establish CMDB Health Dashboards and data quality processes
• Integrate CMDB with HAM Pro and SAM Pro
• Support migration of existing CMDB and asset data
• Validate discovery accuracy and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow CMDB implementation experience
• Strong experience with:
• Discovery
• MID Servers
• CI class design
• CSDM
• IRE
• Experience building integrations and connectors
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments
• Experience working in large-scale ServiceNow implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• CIS-ITOM or CSA certification  
• Experience with cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Greenfield CMDB implementation experience
• Financial Services or regulated industry experience
