3Core Systems is looking for Workday Administrator for one of our clients in Remote

Role: Workday Administrator

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

WORKDAY SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR:

  • We are looking for someone with strong, hands-on Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Security, and Core experience in Workday.
  • Ideally, this person would be very experienced in at least Payroll or Benefits configuration, in addition to the other modules mentioned.

Configuration within workday IS KEY. They have several that do config, so they test each other s work, Payroll and comp and time keeping might all be coming up so if they know that it s a big plus

Job Description:

  • It should be someone that has been involved in implementation and integration. HR team.
  • Business process, security changes, configure the workday request.
  • Testing within the team, writing test scenarios, Day to day support, troubleshooting, helping to upscale and educate the team.
  • Continuous learning, Live on workday a year ago, Documentation, knowledge of integrations
  • Support HCM core
  • Weak on payroll, comp, recruiting
  • Few projects coming up time keeping later in the year
  • About 5 people on the team - They work in two week sprints 6 months to start could extend, Backlog of requests they are working through - Have 5 people on the team.
  • Manager, Team manager manages backlogs in a Sprint 1, team member is support and config 1 team member focused on config and support.
  • Documentation - we have someone that manages integrations - If knowledge of that, it s a plus.
  • Look at Business processes, security changes, calculate fields, business objects. Modules: HR tech team, they support HCM core.
  • They have product owners for the other areas. Product owners are new to the system. Payroll compensation and recruiting we don t have as much knowledge, so that would help. But core HCM is key.
  • Consulting with the HR COE s to intake requests then partner with them on best solutions
  • Testing within the team, writing test and testing for other team members.
  • Providing day to day support
  • Troubleshooting to associates and other COE s
  • Help upscale and educate on the team on workday a year ago.
  • Need to continue to learn from this person
