Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

6-12 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
4+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow HRSD module implementation.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal / Employee Center
Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections.
Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for KPIs and trends.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

HRSD Development & Configuration:

Configure and customize HRSD modules including
HR Case Management
Employee Service Center
iii. Lifecycle Events
HR Catalog & Record Producers
HR Knowledge Management

Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and integrations
Implement rolebased access controls, HR security rules, and COE separation

ITSM Development & Configuration:

Configure and customize core ITSM modules:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management iv. Request Management
Knowledge Management

CMDB & CSDM alignment b. Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, catalog items, and record producers
Implement SLAs, notifications, approvals, and automation

ITOM Development & Configuration:

Implement and customize ITOM modules including:
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
Operational Intelligence (AIOps)
Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

Configure probes, sensors, patterns, and discovery schedules
Design and maintain accurate CMDB population aligned with CSDM
