Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SCM PLM Consultant to design, implement, and configure Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PLM applications along with exposure to Product Compliance and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions aligned with business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business and functional requirements
Configure and optimize product lifecycle management processes
Support integration of PLM with supply chain and manufacturing operations
Ensure compliance with product safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
Provide functional guidance and support during implementation and post-go-live phases
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA PLM / SCM modules

Incident Management
Risk Assessment / Health & Safety
Environment & Emissions Management
Waste Management
Occupational Health
Hands-on experience with SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) integration
Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience working on end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations
Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, PP, and other SCM modules
Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment
