Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delphi Developer with strong expertise in Object Pascal to design, develop, and maintain both new and existing applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with legacy systems, modernizing applications, and integrating databases in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Design, develop, and test scalable applications using Delphi/Object Pascal.
Maintenance & Modernization: Enhance, refactor, and modernize legacy applications to improve performance, scalability, and security.
Database Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or similar RDBMS.
Troubleshooting & Support: Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in complex, mission-critical systems.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system architecture, and design specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Delphi / Object Pascal
Experience working with legacy systems modernization
Proficiency in SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
