Summary

Join us as a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a cutting-edge digital product built on conversational AI. This role offers the opportunity to shape patient-centered experiences and drive innovation in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for AI-driven platforms focused on patient engagement.
  • Lead the delivery of MVPs and manage iterative enhancements to expand product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.
  • Transform business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Oversee Agile development processes, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Skills
  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on digital or platform-based products.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI and large language models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on AI/ML solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with prompt engineering and system instruction design.
  • Familiarity with Gemini, Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Background in healthcare or patient-facing digital products.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
