A bit about us:

We are a management-side labor and employment team that helps organizations handle workplace issues with a practical, business-first approach. Our work spans day-to-day counseling, compliance guidance, and dispute resolution, including employment litigation and traditional labor matters. We partner closely with clients to understand their operations and help them make defensible decisions in real time, not just after a problem escalates. We work collaboratively across matters, value clear communication, and focus on delivering advice and advocacy that is efficient, strategic, and grounded in sound judgment.

Why join us?

We offer hands-on experience, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to build a well-rounded labor and employment practice. Our attorneys get exposure to both counseling and litigation, with opportunities to work directly with clients, develop strategy, and sharpen writing and advocacy skills. We keep teams lean enough for real ownership while maintaining a supportive environment with strong mentorship and collaboration. If you enjoy practical problem-solving, client-facing work, and a team that invests in your growth, you'll fit in well here.
