What You ll Do

As a Senior Microsoft AI Consultant, you will partner directly with the technology leader at our hospitality client. Your primary goal is to provide hands-on expertise and strategic guidance to fast-track their "Practice Support Agent" pilot, an AI-powered knowledge base built on Microsoft CoPilot Studio. You will assess the current pilot, refine its architecture, configure integrations with SharePoint, and drive the project to a successful deployment by the end of the year, all while establishing best practices for testing and user adoption.

Deep, hands-on technical experience is required for this role. What is also required, however, are the following attributes:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5-7+ years' experience in a senior technical consulting or enterprise architecture role.
  • Expert-level, hands-on experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio, including building, testing, and deploying AI agents.
  • Demonstrable experience integrating AI agents with various data sources, specifically SharePoint.
  • Deep expertise across the Microsoft technology stack, including its cloud environment and tenant structures.
