Summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Marketing Insights Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier Insurance services clients in New York, NY, Holmdel, NJ, Bethlehem, PA, Stamford, CT, Pittsfield, MA or Boston, MA.

Responsibilities :
  • Partner with marketing leaders and channel owners to craft measurable goals that ladder to enterprise strategy and maximize the impact of marketing investments
  • Provide actionable insights and analysis for marketing initiatives across multiple channels, distilling key drivers and recommending focused optimizations.
  • Analyze and surface trends in our marketing funnel for marketing and non - marketing leaders to understand key performance drivers and gaps.
  • Own web analytics and integrated storytelling, leveraging Adobe and Google Analytics to understand customer behavior, journeys, and conversion performance across experiences.
  • Aggregate and assess cross channel performance data, and partner closely with channel owners (paid media, social channels, and earned media) to translate insights into focused, executable recommendations, while channel owners retain responsibility for planning and execution.
  • Own planning, timelines, and delivery to ensure insights are complete, accurate, and translated into clear, decision ready implications for marketing leadership and channel partners.
  • Use data driven insights to inform marketing strategy - before during and after campaign launch - surfacing key performance drivers across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle campaigns and translating implications for future investment and optimization.
  • Partner with business intelligence to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies in workflows and process for data capture and management.
  • Partner with marketing technology, digital, and data teams to ensure campaigns, website features, and events are appropriately tracked across systems and that data quality issues are identified and resolved.
Required Skills:
  • Experience within insurance or other financial service - marketing industries that use digital content and marketing channels to drive engagement and demand.
  • 7+ years of hands - on experience with marketing campaign analytics, insights and performance measurement roles
  • Strong familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, Ahrefs with demonstrated experience using web analytics to inform marketing performance and customer behavior insights.
  • Proficiency in identifying areas of opportunity within marketing campaigns and presenting to business stakeholders
  • Well - versed in paid media and owned - channel reporting, with the ability to connect channel - level performance into an integrated, executive - ready narrative
  • Strong collaborative partner able to successfully work in a matrix organization with ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible and creative problem solver - able to tackle complex issues while collaborating across multiple teams and maintaining an optimistic attitude
  • Highly organized, detail - oriented and focused on consistently exceeding expectations.
