Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS OTC Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. The role will primarily focus on functional configuration, process optimisation, and business support, and will also require collaboration with technical teams for customisations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite OTC processes and be able to support enhancements, production issues, and system improvements in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across business units.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Configure and support Oracle EBS modules related to OTC, including:
Order Management (OM)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Shipping Execution
Inventory (INV) – related OTC flows
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements and best practices within Oracle EBS.
Support production issues, troubleshooting, and break-fix activities within the OTC lifecycle.
Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, reports, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and support technical design reviews.
Participate in system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Support data analysis, reconciliation, and issue resolution within OTC transactions.
Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and process flows.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Order-to-Cash processes.
Hands-on functional expertise in:
Oracle Order Management (OM)
Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
Shipping Execution
Inventory related to order fulfillment
Experience working in Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2 environments.
Ability to create functional design documents and business process documentation.
Experience supporting production environments, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Good understanding of technical components such as PL/SQL, interfaces, and custom reports to collaborate with development teams.
Strong business process understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large enterprise Oracle EBS implementations.
Experience with OTC integrations with external systems (EDI, WMS, 3PL, etc.).
Exposure to Oracle Cloud migration or hybrid environments.
Experience supporting cross-module integrations between OM, AR, Shipping, and Inventory.
