Overview


We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to support a CRM-based relationship platform used to deliver merchant services and business banking capabilities. This role will focus on building new features for onboarding and supporting merchant customers, while enhancing existing CRM functionality used across multiple business lines.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery leadership.



Key Responsibilities



  • Own product delivery for a CRM (Salesforce-based) platform supporting merchant services and business banking
  • Lead a Scrum team to design, build, and enhance platform capabilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders (LOB teams) to gather requirements and prioritize features
  • Define and manage product roadmap, balancing new capabilities with enhancements
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure reuse of CRM functionality and avoid duplication
  • Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders, providing recommendations and product direction
  • Gather feedback from end users (bankers, merchant-facing teams) to improve solutions
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, user-focused product outcomes



Required Qualifications



  • 5 6+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Background in business banking, merchant services, or payments
  • Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing business needs



Preferred Qualifications



  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience working directly with bankers or merchant-facing teams
  • Background in financial services environments
  • Experience supporting multi-team or enterprise CRM platforms

  • Hybrid work model (Charlotte-based)
