We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the COO Technology organization supporting enterprise initiatives across operations, controls, resiliency, customer experience, and shared services.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology by driving requirements, supporting Agile delivery, and partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and process analysis for enterprise initiatives
• Translate business needs into:
  • User stories
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Process flows
  • Functional specifications
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams on integrations, APIs, and platform modernization efforts
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, demos, backlog refinement sessions, and cross-functional workshops
• Support UAT planning, testing, defect triage, and release validation
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and delivery progress
• Identify process improvements and support data-driven decision making
• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation
• Leverage GenAI/automation tools to improve analysis efficiency and backlog quality

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst / Systems Consulting experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Requirements gathering & SDLC
  • Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Jira & Confluence
  • User stories & acceptance criteria
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management
• Experience working with engineering teams on:
  • APIs
  • Integrations
  • Data flows
  • Platform modernization
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to support testing, UAT, and release activities

Nice to Have:

• Python or SQL knowledge
• Scrum Master background
• Financial services industry experience
• Exposure to GenAI-assisted analysis/documentation tools
• Experience in COO / Operations environments

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
