IT Manager/Director

Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager/Director to lead and oversee technology operations within the healthcare industry. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and implementing effective solutions to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a robust technical background.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Active Directory environments to ensure secure and efficient user access.
Oversee backup technologies to safeguard critical data and ensure recovery processes are in place.
Configure and support Cisco technologies to optimize network performance and security.
Manage computer hardware inventory and ensure proper functionality across all departments.
Develop and implement configuration management strategies to streamline IT processes.
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions that align with organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all IT operations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or leadership roles.
Proficiency in managing Active Directory environments.
Strong expertise in backup technologies and data recovery methods.
Solid knowledge of Cisco technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with computer hardware installation, maintenance, and support.
Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
