Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Lead Consultant for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation, configuration, and support, along with the ability to lead end-to-end payroll projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure and customize EC Payroll modules based on client needs
Manage payroll processes, integrations, and data migration activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification (mandatory)
Proven experience in EC Payroll implementations and support projects
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR systems
Experience with integrations (SAP/third-party systems)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some onsite presence in Delaware
