Job Description :

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in email and SMS campaign development, marketing automation, and data management. The candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing customer journeys while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and MobileConnect
Design and execute email and SMS campaigns, including triggered and scheduled communications
Build and manage automated customer journeys
Create and maintain data extensions, write SQL queries, and perform audience segmentation
Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript
Support SMS enablement including short codes, keywords, and opt-in/opt-out processes
Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, data, SMS delivery, and automations
Support integration between Marketing Cloud and other systems
Follow security, compliance, and governance standards
Prepare basic technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong knowledge of AMPscript and SQL
Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, and MobileConnect
Understanding of SMS compliance and consent management
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and PII handling
Experience in Marketing Cloud integrations
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce experience
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant Certification
Experience working with government or healthcare clients
Knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG / Section 508
