Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Content Developer to support the execution, validation, and maintenance of multilingual web content across enterprise digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools, localization workflows, and web content publishing processes.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), localization teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality content delivery across browsers and devices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Author, update, and maintain multilingual web content using CMS platforms and custom web tools
  • Manage and organize digital assets using DAM systems
  • Submit and coordinate content for localization and regional publishing
  • Validate web content across multiple browsers, devices, and environments
  • Troubleshoot CMS-related issues including publishing failures, layout inconsistencies, and component behavior problems
  • Debug and resolve content rendering and web publishing issues
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and UX standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, localization teams, developers, and EPMs for timely delivery of content updates
  • Perform QA validation before publishing content to production environments
  • Maintain documentation and follow established publishing workflows and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Drupal, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools
  • Strong understanding of localization and multilingual content workflows
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
  • Experience validating content across browsers and devices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug CMS/content publishing issues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale websites
  • Knowledge of web accessibility and responsive design principles
  • Familiarity with QA/testing tools and publishing workflows
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to JavaScript or frontend debugging tools
  • Experience with Apple ecosystem/web standards
  • Understanding of SEO and metadata management
