Job Title: Monday.com SME Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 160+ Hours Project
Requirements
We are seeking support from monday.com to design and implement a standardized, professional, and scalable platform that will serve as the single source of truth for IT projects, capacity planning, resource management, and budget tracking for the HCD team. This effort will focus on establishing clear, end-to-end flows; from intake through execution and reporting while cleaning up the current environment and standardizing boards, columns, terminology, and workflows.
Additionally, we are looking for SMEs to build comprehensive portfolios and executive dashboards that provide clear visibility and actionable insights, enabling executives to quickly understand status and make decisions without needing to request additional detail.
Items to build:
- Cleanup of our current Environment
- Complete Project Intake Process, Flow Charts, Policy s, SOP s etc.
- Standardardized IT Board Templates
- Standard IT Security, Infrastructure, Operations, and Application Templates
- Standard IT Portfolios for each group.
- Standard Executive Dashboard and additional Dashboard for each group
- One Standard Executive Dashboard for Exec s only
- Standardized Resource Tracking
- Standard connection with out Ticketing System & M365
