Summary

Lead Maximo Data Migration Lead
Onsite : Waltham MA

- Lead end‑to‑end data conversion strategy, planning and execution for Maximo programs.
- Identify data objects, sources, dependencies and define detailed mapping and transformation rules.
- Extract, cleanse, transform and load data from legacy systems into Maximo using SQL, Python, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), or middleware platforms.
- Develop and maintain conversion templates, mapping documents and transformation logic.
- Perform data profiling, quality checks and reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Collaborate with business SMEs to validate data and resolve discrepancies during SIT/UAT cycles.
- Execute mock loads, incremental loads and final cutover loads with full audit traceability.
- Work closely with functional, technical and integration teams to ensure data alignment across modules.
- Produce status reports, risk logs and data readiness dashboards for leadership and PMO.
- Support cutover, hypercare and post‑go‑live data issue resolution.
