Overview:
We are seeking a skilled **Power Apps Developer / Automation Engineer** to join our team. This role focuses on system health monitoring, process optimization, and automation initiatives, while supporting ongoing releases and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform system health checks and proactively identify areas for improvement
* Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
* Provide support during production issues and release cycles (including potential on-call rotation)
* Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
* Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows
Required Skills:
* Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Power Apps**
* Strong understanding of system monitoring and process improvement
* Experience with documentation and automation practices
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with programming languages such as **Python** or **Java**
* Familiarity with tools like **Jira**, **ServiceNow**, and **Confluence**
* Experience with **Automation Anywhere** or similar RPA tools
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
