Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Lead enterprise architecture strategy, target-state design, and 1/3/5-year technology roadmaps.

  • Drive healthcare/payer data modernization and digital transformation.

  • Strong expertise in OCI, OIC, Autonomous Data Warehouse, Databricks, and Delta Lake.

  • Experience with Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, MDM, Semantic Layer, and Data Governance.

  • Healthcare interoperability experience with FHIR, HL7, EDI 835/837, Claims, and RCM.

  • Knowledge of API architecture, Kafka, cloud data platforms, AI/ML, and GenAI.

  • Strong executive stakeholder management and enterprise architecture governance experience.

Must Have:

  • 15+ years in Enterprise/Data Architecture.

  • 10+ years leading large-scale transformation programs.

  • Healthcare payer/provider or insurance domain experience.

  • Proven experience defining enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.
