Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build custom workflows, triggers, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements.
Optimize Salesforce solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Implement integration solutions using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Design and execute data migration and data management strategies ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems and applications.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and configurations.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and system integrations.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and Lightning framework.
Knowledge of SOQL, SQL, Java, and web services.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Advanced Administrator.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.

Skills And Competencies:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
