Summary

Job Overview:
o Seeking a Principal Data Security Architect to lead enterprise data protection strategy across cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms.
o This role combines Microsoft data security stack (Purview, DLP, Defender) with AI/LLM data security and data engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities:
o Define and implement enterprise data protection strategy (structured & unstructured data)
o Lead Microsoft Purview, DLP, and data classification initiatives
o Secure AI data pipelines (LLMs, RAG, vector databases)
o Design data lifecycle management, retention, and legacy data remediation
o Implement DLP controls across M365, endpoints, and cloud platforms
o Develop DSPM strategy, risk frameworks, and incident response playbooks
o Collaborate with Security, Data Engineering, and AI/ML teams

Required Skills:
o Strong experience in Data Security Architecture.
o Hands-on with Microsoft Purview, DLP, Defender.
o Experience with data engineering environments (Azure, Synapse, Snowflake, etc.).
o Exposure to AI/LLM security, RAG, vector databases.
o Knowledge of encryption, data classification, and governance frameworks.

Nice to Have:
o Experience in regulated industries (NERC, SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
o Familiarity with DSPM tools.
o Certifications: CISSP, GIAC, Azure Security.
