Manager HR Platform Partnerships || Contract || Remote
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR technology vendors, benefits administration platforms, and payroll providers.
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Integration & Implementation
Oversee technical and operational integration of benefits products with partner platforms.
Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth data exchange and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR technology, benefits administration, or partnership management.
Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, and HRIS systems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with compliance regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA).
Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with at least ONE major HR platform (Workday, ADP, UKG, etc.).
Knowledge of API integrations and data exchange standards.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.
